Great Service Olivia

I recently interacted with Macy who i believe is an agent at Lake success building . The lady was very rude and also accused me of submitting **** documents. I was offended by that statement hence i decided to contact the office and i spoke to Olivia Ngobeni. She informed me to resubmit the documents so she can send my application. Within 2 days i received a letter that i was approved and very happy . I would like to thank Olivia for great service , good communication skill and excellent professionalism. People like Marcy are paining a bad picture and also she must not think that every foreign national uses **** documents as i am able to take this matter further but i chose not to .
