On the 4th of March, I received an SMS stating that your agent, Mongezi Radebe, would collect the MTN phone, but he did not arrive. The following day I received the same SMS. I called to follow up and was informed that the collection would be done that same day. However, about 30 minutes later I received a message stating that I was not available at the address, which is completely incorrect. I work from home full-time and was present the entire time. It is very concerning that your agent submitted a false report claiming I was not available. This reflects poorly on your business and the service being provided. Please investigate this matter urgently and arrange for the collection to be completed as soon as possible.
I bought this iron from Game 2023 and the sales assistant assured me that it doesn't stick.To my surprise this was all a sales tactic. Whenever I'm ironing there is water coming out why, I don't know. I couldn't recommend anyone to purchase this brand as it is not worthy
DSV Driver Siphiwe Khumalo came with my MTN order . I was toold to have original and photocopy of my documents which i hade. The old passport that is on the passport does not have a bar code . The new passport does have a bar code. The driver told me that he cannot deliver the phone as it does not have a bar code. I told him that these are old passports which is why i have both new and old in hand. I have been a loyal member with mtn since 2010 and all my contracts are on this old passport . I did not understand why this was done as his instruction is to get the phones delivered to me with me having original and photocopy documents. This is absurd , its not like DSV is doing me a favor as im the owner of those contracts and i am responsible for paying those contracts. I am so ****ed off right now by this type of service
There 1st delivered wrong order , sent back . Driver came with an incomplete order and the chips were cold , burger was dry. I called and there sent the driver again with an incomplete order . The manager of that shop accused me of lying . till today there did not call or deliver my remaining wings. Order number was 115903405 9 April 2025. ***********, worst store , wouldn't advise anyone to order online from that store .
Wrong order sent to me 3 times . Had to return the food back to them
Dear MTN , I have been a customer for MTN for more than 10 years . App**** for different phones some paid off but currently i do have an active contract which am paying monthly without fail. My previous passport under your contract CN041767 expired, long time ago and i have new passport which i have been trying to update with MTN with no joy . I have been to Eastgate Branches, and Rosebank branches but both could not assist me with that . I have made calls to MTN direct trying to updated my details with no success. On Feb 11 2025 i spoke to Kimele.Soobramanian who assured me that my details where updated over the phone and today when i spoke to someone my details not updated. I wanted to continue and do upgrade and also do Debit order for the new contracts but still i cannot do that because of the passport issue. What should i do? I took a router with MTN in 2022 - since them i have used it uncapped / unlimited . Since last night my network has been bad then i decided to call this morning to ask why . I was told that i have ran out of data . I did not understand why and how as i am on uncapped data. The 400G that im told i am given is news to me . Why does MTN sale on false terms n conditions . I was forced to buy data today so that i am able to work because i dont have wifi. That means no TV for me because i dont have data . MTN please sell products with honest packages.
I have been paying funeral cover for over 5 years now which has an option for cash back if no claim within in those years. I have put my claim in May 2024 till today i'm told there are assessing everything . What is it that has to be assessed so long?I pay every month and i have never skipped my payment. On the 10th of April 2024, i downloaded KFC App and ordered a meal there . Money was debited from my account and the store accepted my order . I ordered at Park Central KFC . The app showed when the driver fetched the order the time it will be delivered. 2mnts away i went down to wait for my order and after 5 mnts got a text that said my order was delivered. I called the head office and was told that my refund would be done in 7 to 14 days. The consultant could not locate my order nor the driver . Why does KFC entrust drivers without any information or any way to trak them . My husband decided to go to the store which is already time consuming . On Sunday the 31st of March , i went to MTN Eastgate , shop opposite Telkom to do sim swarp. The consultant told me that he couldnt help me because non of them where receiving OTTP. How does the whole shop opperate with something that is a need to us as customers . I was told i should come back the next day . Then i thought there is another MTN downstairs let me go there. I went there found Samson Kekana at shop L33 who helped me without any fail. Please look into that MTN shop because im failing to understand why the whole consultants were not getting OTTP and not giving proper advise .
