Worst Government Entity ever - ONLY BRIBERY WORKS THERE

This is by far the worst corporation.

On the 5th of January I app**** on the website and my application was submitted. Two weeks later I go check on the progress, to my surpise that same complex I was applying for is "full" and not taking any new applications. How? Where is my rejection then with reasons?

I reached to their complaints department and I was showered with rudeness and unprofessionalism of the the highest degree. They literally just closed the ticket without any resolution and explanation.
