These fools git a judgement against my name for a prescribed debt.. I am reporting them to Ombuds, such chance takers pieces of ****s
This is by far the worst corporation. On the 5th of January I app**** on the website and my application was submitted. Two weeks later I go check on the progress, to my surpise that same complex I was applying for is "full" and not taking any new applications. How? Where is my rejection then with reasons? I reached to their complaints department and I was showered with rudeness and unprofessionalism of the the highest degree. They literally just closed the ticket without any resolution and explanation.
I initially had a funeral claim delay and came to this platform to formally complain. They responded and assisted me and my family. We buried our brother well and claim was paid.
My brother passed away on the 3rd of Dec. We submitted everything single documents they required. They don't even call or update.. On their call center, they keep on saying the claim is under "Assessment" We are supposed to bury on the 13th of Dec.
Their vouchers dont work when I try to redeem them. I emailed them many days ago and they never even responded!!!
Hi These guys wont give me an update or feedback about my refund from a flight I cancelled a week ago. I booked a flysafair on the Discovery App and I could not travel anymore so I cancelled literally waaaaay in advance before my flight. They are not helping me getting my money back!! Do not use them for any bookings!!
I cancelled a policy on the 1st of August and submitted my details as requested. Cancellation form, My ID, bank statement. Guess what? They took my money in September. I sent them an email for refund 0 NO RESPONSE. Guess what again? They tried taking my again this month but I had already moved it safely. What kind of ******** syndicate you guys are running there?
My aunt's trust banks with STB and we are currently looking to close the trust and transfer all of its banking information to her NPO... We requested a "Call-back' from STB last week on Thursday and nothing has been sent our way... She has been your client since 1998, surely she does not deserve this treatment. Please give her a call ASAP
