Review Title: Unacceptable Service and No Response to Logged Calls

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Johannesburg Water. Despite logging multiple calls regarding a serious issue, no one has followed up or resolved the problem. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a public utility. Residents deserve timely responses and proper service—not silence. This experience has left me frustrated and deeply concerned about the reliability of this organization.
