POOR TREATMENT AND VERY BAD ATTITUDE

My sister and I went to THIS pub on Saturday to watch the rugby game between the Boks and Samoa. When we got to there, we ordered food and drinks to the value of R180.00, and that was just to start. The very rude waitress, brought us condiments like salt, pepper and HP sauce to go with the meal. We decided to sample a little bit of the sauce in our hands and was very surprised when the waitress stormed in, grab the bottle of sauce out of our hands, gave us a look that could kill, and stormed out by the door again. Well I was shocked, to say the least!!! I went to the bar where the waitress was standing and the manageress was seated and ask for the sauce as we would have liked to have some with our meal, just to be told that I couldn't have it back. The manageress agreed with the waitress whole heatedly and made us look like fools!!! As we have ALREADY PAID for our meals, we decided to eat and leave. What ever happened to treating your customers, and at this paying customers, with respect and dignity? We sampled a little sauce, was that really such a big deal? Did it really call for this reaction? No, I don't think so. I will never visit your pub again!!!
