Disgusting employee Bully at Jolly Grubber Point west street in Durban

I had such a disappointing and distraught experience with Jolly Grubber the one at Point on West Street in Durban. On the 16th May 2019 my brother and I came in and made our order and all was great and we took our seats to wait for the order. While we were seated waiting for our food, a guy behind the counter assuming he was the manager was shouting and swearing at the delivery guy for talking to a walking by pedestrian. Unfortunately I could not get his name. He went on to let the employee know that he does not need him and he needs this job even more and he can fire him whenever he wants. He is useless to him. All because he greeted a walking by pedestrian, so I called the lady who was serving us and I asked her to please let her boss know we as their client are feeling uncomfortable sitting here and listening to him belittling his employee and threatening him and also using vulgar language. He heard me say this because that's how close we were to him and his ranting, and said if I have something to say I must confront him. So I told him it's not right to be speaking with his employees in that manner let alone belittle and swear at someone for greeting! He said that was his ****en shop and he can do whatever he want in it. I let him know as a client I'm uncomfortable he is not even apologising for what he is doing, I don't want to spend my money where people can't respect others but prefer to bully others cause they think their superior and can talk any how in their "****n shop". He gave me my money back. I walked out and he screamed "**** you" after I told him how much of a coward he was. I have always had a great experience at that jolly Grubber and the food is to die for but knowing that but the disgusting service and treatment the poor employee was given I couldn't sit there and take it. I hope me voicing my opinion didn't get the delivery guy fired either cause the owner seemed like he wanted a reason to show how big his ***** were when he was just a coward!
