I placed an order and paid for the Items on 12 December 2024, I have not been able to track my order, then asked for assistance only to be answered my items are in the system and was given a tracking order, this shows that my order is registered and at DGM on the 15 December and thats that, not further movement, all I am told is ti wait 85 days and then claim my funds back, why must I wait that long as clearly there is no movement on my order and employees dont seem to bother to assist and reply why it is not showing movement. One gets the idea that they are absolutely not bothered, I encourage other people NOT to use JOOM as they cannot care about the customer that pays salary and with no order is no work. Disgusting, shocked is all I can say.
