Purchased on the 16 March and the overseas order was only placed 10 days later, the sales team do NOT respond to emails, only after telephone calls, do they respond.
Absolute bad, very quickly to take your money, and thhats that. I placed an order on the 16 March EV 7676 and theyconfirmed the order and thats that, no futher correspondence as to ahen it will be shipped. I had to phone them 10 days later and then they state that it will be delivered by end next week. TEMU is much faster and they are overseas. Evertrend informs me that they orders it from overseas and are awaiting delivery. Their communication is a nightmare to say the least.
I placed an order and paid for the Items on 12 December 2024, I have not been able to track my order, then asked for assistance only to be answered my items are in the system and was given a tracking order, this shows that my order is registered and at DGM on the 15 December and thats that, not further movement, all I am told is ti wait 85 days and then claim my funds back, why must I wait that long as clearly there is no movement on my order and employees dont seem to bother to assist and reply why it is not showing movement. One gets the idea that they are absolutely not bothered, I encourage other people NOT to use JOOM as they cannot care about the customer that pays salary and with no order is no work. Disgusting, shocked is all I can say.
