A real waste of time and money

I cannot believe I am dealing with this issue two to five months later. I have tried contacting this “businesses” MULTIPLE TIMES a day, for moooonths. They consistently over promise in their service and under deliver. It’s been 2-3 months since we’ve been promised our couch pillows.

After having the couch for only 5 months, the frame is loose and breaking. I have offered to return the couch for a refund but the assistance is non-existent. They continue to ignore me on their WhatsApp line and FB messenger.

Do not believe what you see on social media. This place is a joke, and huuuge disappointment. All I want is to return the furniture and get my money back and it’s such a huge hassle. I am so tired and right out gatvol of dealing with this terrible customer service.
