A real waste of time and money
I cannot believe I am dealing with this issue two to five months later. I have tried contacting this “businesses” MULTIPLE TIMES a day, for moooonths. They consistently over promise in their service and under deliver. It’s been 2-3 months since we’ve been promised our couch pillows. After having the couch for only 5 months, the frame is loose and breaking. I have offered to return the couch for a refund but the assistance is non-existent. They continue to ignore me on their WhatsApp line and FB messenger. Do not believe what you see on social media. This place is a joke, and huuuge disappointment. All I want is to return the furniture and get my money back and it’s such a huge hassle. I am so tired and right out gatvol of dealing with this terrible customer service.

Save your time and go to a backyard panel shop.
If I could give this panel shop a zero star rating I would. My car went in on the 6th of Feb, the parts were ordered and then arrived on the 23rd (according to the email proof provided). The ETA for the car after the parts arrived was 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and aside from the misleading sms and email updates, we were told it would be ready the following week. It is now the 3rd of April, and still NO car. Not only does Farber's over promise and under deliver, the lack of communication and customer service is quite pathetic at best. On the 28th of March I expressed that they were/are inconveniencing me and received one of their courtesy cars (with no petrol because what more could I expect, lol). When I left their panel shop on Thursday, their sales manager guaranteed (more like overpromised again), that he would make absolutely sure the car would be ready on Tuesday (2nd of April). Do you think they cared to reach out and provide an update? This place is a joke. Not only do we have to pop in for updates on my car, the delivery date is pushed out every single week! If you're thinking about getting anything repaired on your vehicle, you're better off taking it to some backyard workshop - can guarantee you will probably receive better service.
