Inconsistent Experience

The first time my family and I went to Joy Jozi we had the best time ever: the children were well entertained, the food was divine and the service was exceptional; we had gone for Breakfast. We decided to go again, this time for my partners birthday - we were expecting the same experience as the first time and unfortunately that was not the case : the video games were not working (this is part of the experience they offer) the steak was the worst I have ever had, my daughters milkshake tasted weird- she didnt even want to drink it, the service was below average. It was not a great experience at all :( it was a bad experience.

It felt like we went to 2 different places - maybe it's best to go in the Morning when everyone is still energetic. Needless to say we ended my partners birthday on a low note :(

Would I recommend it? Not sure, after the first experience I became an ambassador for the place, calling family and friends encouraging them to go to the place. Ammm... I would recommend they go for breakfast, definitely not for Dinner
