1. We ordered slush machines that were delivered too late to make slush. What a disappointment to serve juice. 2. Before lockdown we paid R5600 to Joy Jukes and at the last minute had to cancel our event due to Covid. We made arrangements to use that credit in the future and made a booking with an official PO document. When confirming our event the day before we were told that they are no longer available as they booked someone else who paid immediately. When I tried to discuss with Nelson I was told "first come first served". Whilst trying to sort it out on the phone I was yelled at and Nelson cut the call. GREAT customer service that was.. I wonder if we will receive our credit back.
