Joy Jukes Party Hire - Pizza Package
We recently used Joy Jukes for their pizza oven & operators for a party at home. What an amazing service!! The staff all came on time and prepared, everyone was friendly, and delivery was quick and seamless. The pizzas were AMAZING! Such good quality cheese and toppings were used, and they were prepared so fast! Everyone at the party raved about the pizza - it was definitely a hit!!

Joy Jukes Party Hire - Pizza Package
We recently used Joy Jukes for their pizza oven & operators for a party at home. What an amazing service!! The staff all came on time and prepared, everyone was friendly, and delivery was quick and seamless. The pizzas were AMAZING! Such good quality cheese and toppings were used, and they were prepared so fast! Everyone at the party raved about the pizza - it was definitely a hit!!

Very efficient
Ordered colour powder for our schools colour run on Monday, I felt like it was short notice but, they assured me that they have stock and I should not worry on Thursday afternoon they delivered, I am so happy with their service, very efficient will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent Customer Service
Joy Jukes is a great company to hire out all your party equipment. The staff is super professional, friendly and reliable. The owners are great human beings that make you feel like your a friend and not just another number. I am extremely satisfied with the services I received and I recommend them to anyone looking to create a fun and exciting event.

Excellent Customer Service

Can't follow instructions, ruined my event.
I ordered pink holi powder for a gender reveal, and gave clear instructions to conceal the powder upon delivery and that it was a surprise. First of all, the pink powder delivered was so dull not a bright pink. False advertising. And they delivered the powder in a plastic, transparent packet.... Who does that? Never have I received a delivery not in a courier bag or Atleast in a box, disgustting actually. So dissapointed and they have ruined a surprise for the expectant parents. Come on people, do better. Follow instructions and deliver what you advertise. Dealt with Mavis in sales and phoned Nelson to discuss delivery. Very poor service. Would not recommend!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND EXTREMELY RUDE TOWARDS THEIR CLIENTS
They are a fraudulent company! I ordered two colour fire extinguishers for my twins gender reveal but when I received my order, I got some second hand ugly colored extinguishers. I was definitely not going to use them after paying over R2,000 for such poor quality and for false advertising! I let them know of my dissatisfaction right away and Mavis was extremely rude to me on the phone. I didn't want to argue due to me having a high risk pregnancy with twins so I got my husband to call him. Mavis then told my husband I could return them for a full refund. I paid a further cost to have them sent back to him, which he now makes an excuse that the extinguishers were empty! Never been used so that means they were never full to start off with it and I'm not getting my money back! COMPLETE FRAUDS!!

1. We ordered slush machines that were delivered too late to make slush. What a disappointment to serve juice. 2. Before lockdown we paid R5600 to Joy Jukes and at the last minute had to cancel our event due to Covid. We made arrangements to use that credit in the future and made a booking with an official PO document. When confirming our event the day before we were told that they are no longer available as they booked someone else who paid immediately. When I tried to discuss with Nelson I was told "first come first served". Whilst trying to sort it out on the phone I was yelled at and Nelson cut the call. GREAT customer service that was.. I wonder if we will receive our credit back.

This is the second time I've had a bad experience with this company. First time they failed to respond in time to requests for info and so I had to find another supplier on an urgent basis, and this time they have let me down on the Wednesday afternoon before my son's school cake and candy sale on Friday morning. Don't respond to questions on emails, doesn't phone as promised. Phoned the owner and he just argues and doesn't let you talk or listen to you or give you any chance to find out what is going on. When you try to explain the frustrations he just shouts at you and says he'll just do a refund. String you along until the last moment and then let you down. Not the way to do business.
