FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND EXTREMELY RUDE TOWARDS THEIR CLIENTS

They are a fraudulent company! I ordered two colour fire extinguishers for my twins gender reveal but when I received my order, I got some second hand ugly colored extinguishers. I was definitely not going to use them after paying over R2,000 for such poor quality and for false advertising! I let them know of my dissatisfaction right away and Mavis was extremely rude to me on the phone. I didn't want to argue due to me having a high risk pregnancy with twins so I got my husband to call him. Mavis then told my husband I could return them for a full refund. I paid a further cost to have them sent back to him, which he now makes an excuse that the extinguishers were empty! Never been used so that means they were never full to start off with it and I'm not getting my money back! COMPLETE FRAUDS!!
