I always have the worst experience with this delivery service. I ordered my sons phone on Thursday by Friday it was already shipped to DHL express today after 4 they send me an email saying they following up because they struggled to get ahold of me, I respond how because no one called me and I don’t even have a missed call or voicemail notification I also attached a screenshot of my call log showing that no one called me. This is not the first time this happened to me with this company the last time after I complained about it the driver then called back to apologise, I’m so disappointed yet again
I am so disappointed and in disbelief of what happened to me I bought a gas heater at builders in Florida Glen Gordon road on the 10th of June for my mother after 2 weeks she indicated that the heater is faulty and I advised her to give it time to monitor and and if there’s no change I will fetch it and take it back on the 23rd of June I bought another one for my mother in law and when it was delivered my mom asked was was this one sealed with that white seal and hers wasn’t and I said I’m not sure maybe they seal it differently. My mom reached out saying that the heater is faulty and has started building some white residue to show that the gas or flame is not working proper hence it’s creating this. Today I take back the heater I’m assisted by 2 very rude store assistance who told me made me look crazy especially the male one and told me the heater is fine until the slip inside the box which came with the heater proved my assumption correct. The slip is from 2023 Builders sold me a heater which was sent back by someone then they said the employees in receiving might have made that mistake the male said they won’t refund they sending it for repairs. How are you sending it for repairs when you did not sell me a new heater to begin with. So just because it’s an online order it means you can just sell people returned products and get away with it. I left that heater at the store I want my money back. I don’t want it anymore more, I don’t trust the store and it has definitely lost me as a customer.
Guys please make sure that you check instant porridges and pour them into containers before feeding your children. So on Monday I bought ACE Maize Meal instant porridge at spar Florida via delivery to day I decided to open it and make breakfast for my son, I see when I open the sides of the porridge are stringy then I knew something was wrong. I poured the porridge in a big bowl to check it and there’s worms 😭 I obviously will be sending it back to SPAR Inland but I am very disappointed as this is a brand I trusted so much
Ordered colour powder for our schools colour run on Monday, I felt like it was short notice but, they assured me that they have stock and I should not worry on Thursday afternoon they delivered, I am so happy with their service, very efficient will definitely use them again in the future.
I’m writing this review with great disappointment, I did my pre-qualification certificate through ooba homeloans after that I was contacted by a Lady named Kirsten Blakeley. I explained to her that I had app**** almost a year ago got approved but did not go through with the sale due to certain reasons and considering that my circumstances have changed I needed feedback before starting the buying process and after she asked if I was a first time buyer and I rep**** yes, she then ignored me, I texted her multiple times trying to get feedback and she didn’t reply. If getting feedback was not important to me I wouldn’t have reached out, and she could not assist me she could have just told me instead ignoring my messages which I find very rude and unprofessional .
Please don’t get gift wrapping when you buy from Old khaki, I bought a gif for my husband online and paid an extra R70 for gift wrapping only to receive a basic box filled with white thick paper usually used to make sure your product doesn’t get damaged and and basic printed out black and white sticker poster on top of a basic looking card, I have never been so disappointed especially considering the money I paid for this, no effort was made in making this a gift box especially since I paid, it was my first time buying here and I don’t see myself buying here again.
So on Friday the 20th of August I collected my kitchen appliances for 50% sale clicks had running, oh I got such an amazing service from a manager name Gorge, so a few days after the special started went to clicks in Newtown junction and I couldn't find find all the items I wanted then Gorge assured me it was still early days and he will receive more stock took my numbers and saved the items I wanted and kept contact, so I finally collected them last week and I'm very happy, his set is beyond 5stars thank you so much for the amazing service, I'm an extremely happy customer because of him. ?
