This is the second time I've had a bad experience with this company. First time they failed to respond in time to requests for info and so I had to find another supplier on an urgent basis, and this time they have let me down on the Wednesday afternoon before my son's school cake and candy sale on Friday morning. Don't respond to questions on emails, doesn't phone as promised. Phoned the owner and he just argues and doesn't let you talk or listen to you or give you any chance to find out what is going on. When you try to explain the frustrations he just shouts at you and says he'll just do a refund. String you along until the last moment and then let you down. Not the way to do business.

During our recent home improvements we decided to put in double glazed Windows and doors. Moon star was cheaper than plain aluminum frame quotes we received even for double glazing. Their after sales service has been exceptional. We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering changing their doors and windows. Looks fantastic, silenced the highway noise, warmer on those cold nights too. Great company and service.
I wish to thank Jay Jagath for the fantastic job he did last night in moving my Telkom landline. He came up with a solution that everyone has told me for the past year was impossible and he worked after hours until 8pm and in the dark to get the job done. Nothing was too much effort. He cleaned up afterwards and did a neat job that there is nothing left for me to fix up afterwards to change. Done to perfection. I have had supervisors and tens of technicians over the past year to move my cable but they refused telling me that it was impossible. Well Jay Jagath didn't find anything too hard to too much effort and I can't thank him enough for what he achieved.
I reported that my landline was, YET AGAIN, out of order on 4 January 2016. Ref. 428CRZ040116. I have had people coming to my premises and telling me that they don't fix this type of problem and will notify the person responsible for this type of repair. I get phone calls saying that my landline is working, WHEN IT IS CLEARLY NOT as there is no dial tone. I also get calls from technicians saying they are on their way, but never arrive. In desperation I wrote on Hellopeter on 28 January 2016. Wesley replied with the general reply, Ref No. SM193674, saying they were concerned and will follow up yeh yeh yeh. <br> I have also been told by Trevor that it has been escalated. These seem to be all just words as nothing has come of all these so called concerns and promises.<br> <br> Telkom are clearly not at all concerned and seem to just laugh people off.
Before I started renovations, I requested Telkom to move the wiring off my walls and install the landline correctly. After two technicians came, it was eventually moved. For nearly a year my landline has been in service intermittently and they say that the line wasn't moved correctly and there is a fault. They refuse to repair the fault and keep saying they'll put in a requisition for the move to be done correctly (for which I have already paid) but to date nothing happens. I have now been without a landline again since 4 January and no one will attend to the repair thereof. Each time a technician arrives I get the same story that I must either leave it in my dining room (when I require it to be in my office with the fax line) or I must have the wires draped up the walls and roof again. I paid for it to be moved correctly and no one will take ownership of the problem. Trevor doesn't even answer my calls anymore.
I have been trying to get detailed statements of calls for November 2015 and December 2015 as my account has been excessively high.<br> I have sent five emails, included all the necessary information Vodacom require and I still keep getting an automated response to my emails.<br> It seems as though Vodacom couldn't care less about customer service. They have a debit order off my banking account and they are just deducting what they like. When I query the amount that I am being charged, I just get ignored.
I am on my husband's medical aid. Every time I call their call centre to speak to an agent I'm subjected to being called by his first wife's name. It is so insulting and offensive and I have requested that they delete her name from the system as he divorced her over 10 years ago. But they continue to use her name when dealing with me. When I corrected the agent this morning, he started laughing on the phone. I don't find it amusing at all. His apology didn't help much especially as this happens every time. Either retrain your call centre agents or delete past and outdated information.
I complained about my lanline being out of order. After nearly 3 months a technician eventually arrived. I got no credit on my account despite numerous requests. Line worked for one month and now the same problem again. No service. Despite numerous calls and escalation and emails to icasa and whatever email I could find , no service and no response. I run a business from home and can't get calls or faxes. I want a credit for the problems experienced earlier this year and I demand that my phone line is restored urgently.
I want to advise all persons looking for new kitchen fittings that the service provided by Faith at Builders Warehouse in Edenvale cannot be beaten. I ordered a full kitchen and she organised a detailed plan of the kitchen and provided a 3D view of the look of the finished product. She advised us of specials with regards to kitchen tops and worked out cheapest of all kitchen fitters. I paid for all the items and she phoned me the next day to advise that I had been overcharged for delivery and should come for a refund. I would never have picked this up. She has phoned to keep me informed of where the suppliers are at with the making up of the kitchen. Today she phoned to say that they have received half the order and that she had phoned the supplier again to find out when the full order will be received. When I requested a non standard item, she phoned the supplier to check whether it can be done for me and phoned the next day with a quotation. She has been faultless and fantastic. I can highly recommend Builders Warehouse Edenvale for your kitchen requirements.
