After 5 days away I expected my car to be at the airport when I landed. To my dismay it was not there, and I had to message and call several times to get my car back. I waited 30 minutes (after a tiring time away and arrival at night). Only later did I see a message that was sent 10 minutes after my scheduled landing that I have to message when I want my car. Why ask for a flight number if you are not going to track my flight? The next day I asked why management had not called me to apologise (as they said he would), and eventually Francois called. He did not think he owed me an apology and did not know why I waited so long for my car. He then started to slate other valet parking services, saying that they race the cars and that I should see where the cars are parked. Very unprofessional to slate other companies in defence of your own poor service. Rather use Express Airport Parking - much better service.
