After 5 days away I expected my car to be at the airport when I landed. To my dismay it was not there, and I had to message and call several times to get my car back. I waited 30 minutes (after a tiring time away and arrival at night). Only later did I see a message that was sent 10 minutes after my scheduled landing that I have to message when I want my car. Why ask for a flight number if you are not going to track my flight? The next day I asked why management had not called me to apologise (as they said he would), and eventually Francois called. He did not think he owed me an apology and did not know why I waited so long for my car. He then started to slate other valet parking services, saying that they race the cars and that I should see where the cars are parked. Very unprofessional to slate other companies in defence of your own poor service. Rather use Express Airport Parking - much better service.

Been using their services for quiet some time and all was well. We understand crime in SA & that no person or business is 100% safe from it. But, once crime hits the business that you intrust your vehicle to & they hide it from you out of fear of your reaction ? This is just plain unprofessional & cover up conduct by the service provider. There was a break in at Joy parking where all four my vehicle’s wheels were ****** off. Instead of letting me know of the incident, they owner instead decided to cover it up & notify me 59 days later when the vehicle was picked up. According to the owner, he was simply to scared to let me know of the incident which is simply not an excuse. He replaced my wheels and tires with damaged rims and cheaper tires that where on the vehicle and simply played it off to load shedding & all the rest of the standard excuses. Not taking into account that there may be underlying damage to the vehicle due to the vehicle being handled during the theft and now you have to explain this series of events to you insurance provider(which I did) & they are just in disbelieve. This company does not have 3rd party insurance, so take note(always ask about company insurance). Even though they service to date was not the worst, this cover up & misleading of the facts is more than enough to move away by speed from Joy Parking.
