Unfortunately there are no negative stars available. I bought an item in August. It was sent with a Chinese tracking number but was never registered as a tracked item with the South African post office. It apparently arrived in SA at the end of September but they never bothered to register it with the SA post office so there is no way to track it as there is no SA tracking number. I have emailed them for two months trying to sort this out. I have received about 7 emails apologising telling me they have "escalated" it to management to sort something out and to please be patient as they are dealing with it. But 3 months later I still don't have the goods and they have not refunded my money. Every other online supplier I have used uses a proper courier - they dont just send it untracked to the post office. Their emails are very polite and well written and make you believe they care and are handling it but it's now December and I have received no actual action from them. Just promises on top of promises. Disgusting customer service. AVOID THIS ONLINE RETAILER AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
