DISAPPOINTED AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE, OR LACK THEREOF
They dont even deserve the one star. After paying 2020 fee in Jan 2020 we get notification that the company is closing and we must find another service provider. I would like a refund of half the fee paid as our website will only remain in place until June 2020

STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - NO BACKUP WHATS SO EVER
Stay very far away from this company. Once they receive their payments you cannot reach them for any support whats so ever. They do not answer calls, emails or Whatsapps. I renewed my website and paid for the security and it has not been updated. They are useless.

Stay very far away from this company. Once they receive their payments you cannot reach them for any support whats so ever. They do not answer calls, emails or Whatsapps. I renewed my website and paid for the security and it has not been updated. They are useless.

JOYHOST IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY
Joyhost is a scam, very unprofessional service, they suspend clients service/ account even when payment is made, landline number on their website does not exist, even after numerous attempts to contact them via email and cellphone of the owner Kutlwano Khumalo Ngwarati, they don't respond or bother to call clients back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Joyhost is a scam
Impossible to get hold of anyone working at joyhost once you commit financially. The phone number is incorrect, the WhatsApp number is inactive, the online chat is a decoy and emails are futile.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT DISSAPPOINTMENT
I signed up with Joyhost in February to develop my online shop. They communicated with me that their turn-around time between receipt of payment to the completion of the website is 14 days. I have been so frustrated dealing with them, they never pick up any calls, they take days to respond to any of my queries. They informed me that my website will be ready by Wednesday the 22nd of May, which did not happen. On the 22nd of May, I called their phone, it seems to be disconnected and they did not respond to my emails until Friday late afternoon. They said the web is ready but when I open it I get a message that says "COMING SOON". I have sent 3 forms of communication with no success. Do not use this service provider!

I got excellent service from Joyhost
I had a very pleasant experience with Joyhost. At first I was worried that since they are based in Gauteng and I in Western Cape they would be difficulties. They maintained a high level of communication and did my work professionally and timeously... In short I am a happy and satisfied customer

Joyhost is the worst
I have had the worst experience with this company , I do not know what to do anymore. Every time I need them to update or do something on my website, I have to harass them with emails and whatsapp messages. Recently I paid them to create an ecommerce website for me, this package came with a "toolkit" that teaches you to manage your site. I still have not recieved this toolkit, the last conversation I had with myself "since they do not respond to their customers" was when they wanted to schedule a skype call with me which never took place. I feel like the money I paid was a waste of my money. I am so unhappy with this company and anyone considering joining should reconsider , they have no respect for their customers
