I have had the worst experience with this company , I do not know what to do anymore. Every time I need them to update or do something on my website, I have to harass them with emails and whatsapp messages. Recently I paid them to create an ecommerce website for me, this package came with a "toolkit" that teaches you to manage your site. I still have not recieved this toolkit, the last conversation I had with myself "since they do not respond to their customers" was when they wanted to schedule a skype call with me which never took place. I feel like the money I paid was a waste of my money. I am so unhappy with this company and anyone considering joining should reconsider , they have no respect for their customers
I am extremely frustrated with the service and level of professionalism I have received from Afrihost. I have been complaining for weeks about the level of connectivity in my house. My TV does not connect to the fiber which they installed and I have explained numerous times that I did not have this issue with Telkom, my TV connected without any issues. This internet can be identified by the TV,but have no internet connection. I have called Afrihost client services, I have also emailed and SMS'd to their SMS line and still no response. I am not a technical person so it would only make sense for them to send a technician to check the issue with the connection. When the installation was being done the router wasn't delivered for about two weeks because they had run out of stock so the technician that was there couldn't have seen the error with the internet connecting to the TV.
I am extremely upset with Vodacom and their stupid explanations. I brought 100MB of data at 12.25 and R29 airtime at 13;00 , I tried to make a call an to my surprise the airtime I had bought was depleted> I called the call centre to find out what the issue was and was informed my airtime was consumed by the internet> I told the lady on the line that I always keep my Apps off and the only App that remains on is Whatsapp. She then agreed to call me back after investigating. In the mean time I loaded another 100MB and responded to a WhatsApp message. When I checked again my data had been depleted again. This lady from Vodacom called me and informed me that she had completed her investigation and my data and airtime were depleted by google, google maps and facebook, how is this possible when I have my Apps turned off. I am not satisfied with this useless explanation. I'm fed up with Vodacom and I am now afraid of buying my data and airtime because it will disappear and will be given a dumb reason
