Don't do any business with this company!!! I was reffered to this company to rent a 34 ton side tipper trailer, I dealt directly with the owner Glen Ngobeni, I went to his yard and was shown a trailer that needed tire changes, Glen insited I pay him 30k, he said he will change the tires and I should come back and collect the trailer after 3 days, 3 days later, I went to the yard, trailer was still there and no tires were changed. Upon communicating with him, he said he has another trailer coming from Mpumalanga and I should wait in his yard, waited over 5 hours and no trailer was delivered. fast foward after requesting a refund and threatening to open a case, Glen sent me a **** POP and claimed to had refunded me, I esccelated the matter with the bank and his account was blocked, he then asked that I ask the bank to unblock his account so he can refund me, he refunded only R10k and promised to repay the rest end of the month. To date, I havent received my full refund, Glen Ngobeni makes promises daily to refund but he hasnt done so. Very disappointed & disgusted by the greed of this man. http://www.putstraightcivil.co.za/
I bought an item from Fuming Trading 888. They dispatched an incorrect item, I spoke to the sales person that handles their whatsapp chats to notify me and they told me to send the item back via paxi as they do not have a contract with the courier company that delivered, I advised them that I cannot pay to return an item they incorrectly dispatched as this is their error and they should correct the error on their side and arrange collection and dispatching of the correct item or alternatively refund me, I have sent numerous messages to them and attempted to call them, however, my messages are being ignored and they have not responded or attempted to resolve this issue. https://m.facebook.com/profile.php?id=124288004965149&ref=content_filter 082 672 3667
Joyhost is a scam, very unprofessional service, they suspend clients service/ account even when payment is made, landline number on their website does not exist, even after numerous attempts to contact them via email and cellphone of the owner Kutlwano Khumalo Ngwarati, they don't respond or bother to call clients back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
Tech Chat solutions have discountinued my services (e-commerce store) after a disagreement occurred regarding dissatisfaction with their service. Each month I email my service provider content (product images and descriptions to upload on my e-commerce site) to the senior web developer Dumi Mphande, I emailed him images and added full product information on the body of the Email, he then gave me a call and informed me that he cannot use the content as he wants me to name and save the images (adding products Description there), he further said he does not understand furniture and does not have "the time to" to upload the content in the manner I have sent him, he then said he cannot assist me, I then advised him that all the descriptions are in the content of the email, but he still refused to upload, I then proceeded to explain that at this moment, I cannot name and save the images as I sending the information from my mobile phone, he then referred to the contract signed between myself and the company highlighting a section of "Client Responsibility" CLIENT Responsibilities, please see below 1.Obligations The customer agrees to provide Tech-Chat with reasonable access to all necessary personnel to answer any questions about any problems reported by the customer regarding the Software. Customer also agrees to promptly implement all updates provided by either a 3rd party or Tech-Chat if requested. When requested and necessary, the customer shall provide Tech-Chat in writing a reasonable description of the maintenance required along with any additional information or software required to complete the Website Maintenance. "you see this conversation is about being reasonable enough to understand that we are neither carpenters nor interior designers, we should not have to spend time googling what the difference is between a nested side table and a Metal trio side table is, That is not what we do" this statement completely baffles me as all product info and description is in the email, On the contract I have signed and the social network communication I have with Dumi, he did not stipulate how the images must be sent, he simply advises me to send the images so that he can upload and on the contract, it also does not stipulate that content must be sent in a certain format. After making a paying and commencing with this service, the content I emailed Dumi Mphande was saved and named(volunteraly) as this was for my own administrative record, he called me and thanked me for sending images that are named and saved as other customers usually just send him images that are not named, he still never stipulated that it is a pre-requisite to send content in this manner. He said this makes things easier and more convenient for him. After I expressed my disappointment with his service and also notifying him that I will also make the clients I have voluntarily referred to him aware of his conduct and lack of customer service, Dumi Mphande then sent an email stating that he is tired of my threats and will discountinue my services. I have made payment this month as this is a 24%month contract, my services with the company are discountinued, my e-commerce site is deactivated my emails are also deactivated and he proceeded to bill me the remaining month's of our agreed contract.
I opened a business account with fnb online and I recently discovered my account was blocked due to an outstanding document, after failing to receive assistance telephonically from your business help desk consultants, I went to the branch on Friday to submit the outstanding document. The consultant at the branch called the business help desk to confirm reciept of the outstanding document, it was confirmed, and he was advised the account should be active on Friday, it's Tuesday today, my account is still blocked, my business is taking a complete knock because if this madness, my services are suspended with service providers because of failure to make payment on my side yet I have funds in my business account which I cannot access, if an account has an issue, why allow incoming transactions and block only outgoing transactions, why not suspend the use of the account so that one one doesn't make the mistake of sending funds which they later cannot access. I am extremely frustrated, this is affecting the productivity of my Business. The business help desk consultants (Thabo Thwala) is completely arrogant, nonchalant and useless.
