My husband and I saw a property and fell in love with it. Unfortunately, we didn't know much about buying a house, but God blessed us with Thabo, who has been with us throughout the whole process. This man has fought for us to have a home, and trust me, that is a man you need when buying or selling your house. He is humble, and more importantly, he understands the economy we are in. My husband and I saw a property and fell in love with it. Unfortunately, we didn't know much about buying a house, but God blessed us with Thabo, who has been with us throughout the whole process. Complaint - Cancellation of rental contract
We agreed to rent a room in Dobsonville and were scheduled to move in on July 1, 2023. As per the agreement, R2200 in rent was deposited into the owner's account on the 25th June 2023. However, we were unable to move in since my fiance had secured a new job in KZN, which was scheduled to begin on July 3, 2023. We still haven't gotten the portion of the rent that the agent agreed to return after I informed him of the issue at hand. I have sent the agent many texts to remind him about the money, but he has consistently told me to wait because it is not his priority because he is busy. He advised me to send a cancellation by email which i did and still have not received the money.

Great Experience
Excellent service from Mr Thabo Kgomare and his team at Jozi Properties.....I have been struggling to sell my property for over a year and he got it done in less than 2 months. The overall process was seamless with regular updates and guidance ,definitely recommend him.

Great Experience
Excellent service from Mr Thabo Kgomare and his team at Jozi Properties.....I have been struggling to sell my property for over a year and he got it done in less than 2 months. The overall process was seamless with regular updates and guidance ,definitely recommend him.

Jozi Properties Thabo kgomare, baad news owes me rental for August 2018, busy transferring it..
It is unfortunate that I have to choose a rating before I can comment about this thing yet clearly this person doesn't deserve a rating. This guy is bad new, owes us rent for August 2018, even now he is still reversing it, he lies all the time and also taught his officer worker in roodepoort to lie to us when we come looking for him. He has blocked me and doesn't answer his phone, he is rude, irresponsible, and most importantly and more than the word asinine. The tenants paid into his and he failed to transfer the money over even when I gave him the bank details weeks before signing the agreement and given him again 2 times on whatsapp. I even know his message tone off head....probably in a meeting....even a whatsapp is fine....

Crook Estate Agent
Thabo Kgomare (Owner) does not pay rental money to Home Owners. He received a rental for July 2018 on the 2 July only paid it on the 3rd August. Rental for August that was deposited to his account on the 3rd August is still outstanding. He lies, makes empty promises and recently he blocked my numbers after telling he made payment, when I asked for proof of payment. He decides to block me. So much for treating customers fairly .
