Dangerous and poor maintenance

This place is dangerous and should be avoided. My son was severely injured on the water slide due to complete negligence of maintenance of the equipment. He suffered a laceration of 7cm long and 5cm deep from exposed broken fiberglass at the bottom of the slide.

We rushed him to hospital where he had to be put under a general anesthetic & have 14 internal stitches by a plastic surgeon as the wound went right down to his muscle. The plastic surgeon spent an hr cleaning pieces of fiberglass out of his wound. He is left with a lifelong scar.

Had my son been sliding down on his stomach this accident could have been even more severe.

I returned to the venue after taking him to the hospital, only to find the staff putting a thin cover back on the slide.

The manager and owner barely acknowledged the incident and have not contacted us since (they have our details) to find out how my son is.

It is a complete disgrace that this venue still manages to function with no maintenance and inspections. It should be closed down.
