I have never been so shocked by a businessman's behavior. I have been trying to book at this place for about a week now. Being in and out of meetings all day, I found it much easier to send an email with all of my questions regarding a booking. Sent my email, and received an immediate response. I had a few more questions so I sent another email, but no answer, so I followed up, still no answer... Phoned the number on the email signature, and was told they are so sorry they have missed my mail but will revert to me by end of business. 2 days ago! I sent another email this morning, only to be phoned by the rudest guy named 'Marco'. So basically I was told he doesn't sit all day waiting for my email, I must PICK UP A PHONE and call him! And that he didn't like my email. Do you have NO business sense? Well now thanks to you Marco, I am sitting with 3 very disappointed boys, as we will not be visiting your park ever. And yes, we are only 3 clients, but this will happen again and again, and your business will start to suffer because of your attitude. You should be ashamed.
