Very disappointed

Getting in touch with this business is a big hassle. I called the number on their website and I was told that I must send an email. When I sent the email, I received no response so I decided to go to the place. When we arrived, we were met by a rude employee (Marco) who was not willing to assist and was rushing us saying he was about to attend a meeting in 2 minutes time (which was understandable but could have been communicated in a nicer way) but instead kept on asking how much my budget was. When going there I was expecting to speak to someone who could assist with giving us more information and possibly booking a team building experience, but instead we stopped outside in the sun and not given any information but instead was told they would email us with a quote ( which I have not received by the way). I am really disappointed.
