I bought a car from Charlene Moss (JSN Motors). The car came incorrectly specified, but I had already signed the BMW Finance papers. The car was dropped off, as I live outside SA. The vehicle was reported as not having the correct seats immediately. There were also a number of issues with the car. The car has been with JSN Motors / BMW Bryanston for two weeks. I cannot get a straight answer out of them as to when the correct seats will be provided. I tried calling the Dealer Principle, his PA would not give out his number, not connect me to him. I was threatened by the Charlene that if I didnt pay my debit order, it would reflect badly on me. When I confronted her, she told me I was rude and would not deal with me again. One would swear that this is my fault... The service manager tells me there are no problems with the car... other than the seats.
