2 months ago I got involved in an accident that was caused by JT international employee with the company vehicle and I’ve lodged a third party claim at the company’s Insurance broker AON . AON sent me all the necessary paperwork then I filled out everything and sent back to them and they’ve acknowledged that they have received them and everything is in order . To my surprise when the claim is supposed to be finalised the AON is sending me an email that they can’t process the claim as they are waiting for their client as JT International to pay a B Excess claim of which the JT international is disputing to pay . And now I’m stuck between the two parties who can’t seem to get a common ground on this issue. And no one from JT International wants to take accountability on this whole thing. AON is simply waiting for them to adhere to their policies as per agreement. Now I’m suffering unnecessarily.

Why do you guys keep changing winston red. I've been smoking it for years as well as 3 other people in my family. The quality is going down. First is was the package now you changed the filter and every time there is a change, the quality goes down. It's like smoking these cheap knock offs. Think its time for a brand change.

I smoke Winston purple for many years, but lately I've not been happy, they are made cheaply now and taste has gone down terribly, and most of them in the box do not have a ball to pop. Very disappointed!

I bought the new packet of Camel Activate at a reputable seller,a Sasol petrol station in Maitland.I left and when I opened the packet of cigarettes much later at night,it smelled like Camel Activate Cherry,I inspected the cigarettes and found that they had double press activation,or pop.And the normal Camel Activate only has one mint POP ,Inside the packet there were only 7 cigarettes that had one mint POP So the next day I went back to the shop, spoke to the manager, which indicated that they will contact the supplier, but whilst speaking to the manager, the clerk informed her that they don't credit cigarettes for any reason, the manager said I should leave it with her ,and she took my contact details, that was the Thursday,by Monday I didn't hear from her،I contacted the shop on Tuesday the next week, and the manager informed me that she can't refund or credit the item, and that I need to contact the manufacturer, JT International, and that the number is on the packet of cigarettes.I phoned the number thrice, but it's not even ringing, then I contacted BAT ,they then gave me an international number for JT International, which I dialled and no one picked up.Ive been using this brand for a couple of years, but since they came out with the new packaging the product has dropped tremendously in quality,as you can check from my previous chat.I wasted money.Dont buy any of their products, they have a non existent customer service, and their products quality is deteriorating.

Camel Black was the James Bond of cigarettes—smooth and sophisticated. Camel Senso Blue? More like the bad sequel nobody wanted. The flavor is like licking an ashtray marinated in dishwater. Please, JT, bring back our beloved Camel Black. My taste buds are begging you! Sincerely, A Disheartened Smoker

Why did JT change Camel Black? The replacement Senso Blue is terrible. I hate the white filters and the taste of the cigarette. I will just have to change to another brand now. This after many years of smoking Camel.
