Winston red
Why do you guys keep changing winston red. I've been smoking it for years as well as 3 other people in my family. The quality is going down. First is was the package now you changed the filter and every time there is a change, the quality goes down. It's like smoking these cheap knock offs. Think its time for a brand change.

Vigin active and MBD
Pathetic coming after me for a membership after 14+ years. Then ask about the gym membership and get told I must go to a gym to get it cause they only keep records up to 10 years. Then gets MBD debt collectors( also pathetic to harass me ) calling me at work 3 to 6 times a day.

Decofurn Ruimsig
Bought a lounge suite at Decofurn Ruimsig in August 2022 for 22k and received terrible service when we had to collect, they never had the 3 seater in stock, complained and eventually got 1 which im sure came off the show room floor. Then went back to complain about the one seater's armrest that was not stuffed properly, Purchased another one seater and was told they had no stock but had to order from another branch, would take 7-14 working days. 3eeeks later received a call with the sales person saying and I quote: mam your couch has been waiting for you for 2 weeks we received it that following Wednesday after you we here the Sunday!! The service just sucks and the quality if not worth what you pay.
