Poor customer service, inflated invoice.
JTS plumbing was appointed by Kandua to attend to a leaking geyser/pipe. Even before they started with the job I had to pay them in full, which I did. After completion I requested a damage report as well as a specified invoice, send by e-mail, specifying the cost of the damaged items, the cost of the call out and labor. After a week I received a photo of the invoice on Watts App, and nothing was specified, and no separate damage report as requested by my Insurance. After several e-mails and phone calls for two weeks, I only received an invoice trough e-mail, but none of the costs where specified. Every time I called I received rude replies and empty promises. I now understand why they do not specify, after getting a second opinion, I realized that the invoice was inflated. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THESE POEPLE.

Bad service and excessive quote in terms of the work done.
Workmanship is bad - had to get another electrician in to fix the installation of day/night sensors. The drilled three holes through my wall in order to do the installation. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent service
I got these guys out on a Saturday night as I had a blocked drain. They were there within an hour and did an excellent job for a fair price I will definitely make use of their services

Excellent service

JTS Plumbing opening drain
These guys knew exactly what they where doing. Most efficient company in the plumbing trade I ever came across. I had a blocked drain and they sorted it out in no time. The office team assisted me every step of the way and they could even calm my hysterical wife because we had a function that afternoon with many guests. They had the area cleaned and sanitized and you would never have said that anything took place 30 minutes ago. I can just say thank you guys really amazing job done.

Excellent Company
The call center staff were friendly and helpful. When the plumber came out to unblock my drain, he was efficient and clean. Their prices are affordable and the plumber was well trained and courteous. Thanks for an excellent job

professional plumbing services
I have used JTS plumbing many times and i keep going back to them. They are very professional and friendly from the office staff right down to the artisans. Its a PLEASURE to do business with them I HIGHLY recommend them. Always a Job well done to the JTS Team.

JTS plumbing negative review
I called JTS plumbing,they said they'll send a plumber and he'll give me a quote on site. He arrived much later than I was told. He took pictures and sent them in, just for them to phone back and quote me R3200. 00 for a blocked drain. I informed the plumber that I will not be going ahead due to the high quote, he then informed me he is a free Lancer and would do the same job for R1000. 00, this took literally 5 minutes. Once I rejected the quote I received multiple phone calls regarding JTS call out fee, I would NOT recommend this plumbing service to anyone as it is a rip off and if I could give them 0 stars I would!

Receiving unsolicited spamming on my cell. Extremely annoying. This behaviour should be criminalised
