Jubilee hosspital

Good afternoon kindly make a follow up regarding the hygiene of the above mentioned hospital. I went to visit a family member on Saturday and what I have seen really was devastating!

Drainage system not functional, public toilets are a mess casualty hallway strechers left unattended with dirty diapers lying around.

My question is are they still practicing the batho pele principle because health and safety is definitely one of their priorities.

Your assistance in this matter will be highly highly recommended!
