If it was out of stock the minute when you give out an order, kindly let the customer know which item is out of stock.
Such a big company with such unprofessional staff, who cannot understand the sense of urgency that is needed. A few months ago a similar incident occurred where our nearest tower was struck by a lighting. Where I had to call customer service for assistance and the matter was swiftly resolved. Because they understood the sense of urgency for such a big area not having coverage.
Good morning From last week Thursday telkom at Jubilee mall and Kolonade mall we're been unable to assist with Sim swop. A lady from customer care told me that she is not allowed to make outbound calls and check, I asked if this matter can't be escalated she said no! Good afternoon kindly make a follow up regarding the hygiene of the above mentioned hospital. I went to visit a family member on Saturday and what I have seen really was devastating! Drainage system not functional, public toilets are a mess casualty hallway strechers left unattended with dirty diapers lying around. My question is are they still practicing the batho pele principle because health and safety is definitely one of their priorities. Your assistance in this matter will be highly highly recommended!
Enrolled with Richfield in 2022 (supply chain management distance learning) I was promised study material till now I haven't recieved anything from them. I have been taken from pillar to post I went to centurion campass I was told I will get a refund, to an extend that they requested an avidavit so that they can process the matter. After a while I went to Kempton park which is now changed to Pc Training, refered by Mpho Takalani, when I make a follow up I'm being told about 22 days notice, it wasn't my fault that I didn't receive a laptop from them. What I'm asking for is hence my matter is for 2022 how will it be rosolved??
