It is since the start of December that we are struggling with Vodacom, I speak for the community as I know I am not the only one. It is crucial for me though. Some of us work, and need a good connection. Please sort this out!

ACCOUNT BLOCKED AGAIN BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKES. I USE MY PHONE FOR BUSINESS. SECOND TUME IN 2 WEEKS. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OR CANCEL MY CONTRACT BEFORE ITS SUPPOSED TO END AS YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC

For 40 years I was paying my account this year got sms that I owe them R200 which I rep**** asking what is going on no reply.Vodacom suspended my account on Christmas day. Today I went to the shop asking what's wrong they couldn't gave me an answer as the account was paid I mean how low can Vodacom go to do this on Christmas day then they tried that it automated sms how does the machine know who paid if their is no feed in. Wish we could give them a middle finger and all South Africa can move to another net work.Keep it up Vodacom your day is near

Vodacom constantly every 2 months adds on subscriptions that come of my airtime. They send an SMS to you stating that and if you do not see it it's R10 per day for absolutely no services that you use.

Vodacom is the worst, as consumers al****h they're the biggest telecon company in South Africa, citizens should not allow them to get our business nor get away with bad practices. i would like to know who the regulator is as I've tried different regulators but keep sending me to the next one. I've written 2 previous reviews on the difficulty of cancelling my fibre and cellphone contracts and even post dancing to their rules, they still did not cancel it. I receive a call this morning from a Collections agency, saying Vodacom handed me over, the audacity. I have zero debt and an almost perfect credit score, how can they get away with this. I'll tell Vodacom the same thing I told this collections agent, Vodacom won't get another cent out of me, they'll see me in court.

Vodacom is refusing to give me a quotation to cancel my Fibre ,I've been waiting from Monday and they say even if I pay for all the penalties I will still be charged for December or required to pay for December

Such a big company with such unprofessional staff, who cannot understand the sense of urgency that is needed. Khensani the agent who did not even make us aware that she was escalating the matter, the next minute I am speaking to Boitumelo the "supervisor". A few months ago a similar incident occurred where our nearest tower was struck by a lighting. Where I had to call customer service for assistance and the matter was swiftly resolved. Because they understood the sense of urgency for such a big area not having coverage.
