For 40 years I was paying my account this year got sms that I owe them R200 which I rep**** asking what is going on no reply.Vodacom suspended my account on Christmas day. Today I went to the shop asking what's wrong they couldn't gave me an answer as the account was paid I mean how low can Vodacom go to do this on Christmas day then they tried that it automated sms how does the machine know who paid if their is no feed in. Wish we could give them a middle finger and all South Africa can move to another net work.Keep it up Vodacom your day is near
Absolutely disgusting service Graaff breaks Kempton Park When I read the reviews how they praise Graaff brakes I surly was at the wrong Graaff brakes, I had my brakes done at Kempton park branch, firstly they took of the drums to do estimate quote reporting that I must replace cables and buy brake pads as they have no stock. Bought all the parts as requested just to find out that I don't need the R3000 cables as the cables was still 100%. After a long wait the next day from 8H00 still about 14h00 they started to assemble the brakes at 17h00 they test the vehicle and release it that all is good. At the first robot I tested the handbrake no hand brake. The following morning I took it back just to hear that I must replace the hand brake cable which I took it back to the cable man which inform that the cable is 100% back to Graaff brakes at about 13h00 starting back in the que after about 2 hour I inquired about what's happing, I relies that they don't want to help and trying to waste time I mean this is the 3 day I left at about 17h00 when all of them where washing hands to knock off I left and still laugh in my face about it. Then next day I took the vehicle to another brake company and was serviced with in 40 minutes I have never been so insulted in my life! I wouldn't go back even if you paid me to!
Reported a claim on 15/12/22 to Absa Indirect Insurance which was confirm. Then received email she was going on holiday and will handed over to somebody else. On Feb. 23 I contacted Absa inquiring what happened, nothing then I was contacted by a lady asking to send all the email apologizing that she was sick On March I contacted Absa again nothing only that they will contact me. Then I contacted the call Centre to speak to a manger also nothing happened. On 32May I contact a gentleman at I direct myself explaining my case which he offer to help and I must send all the corresponding emails, after spelling and confirming email address I send the emails just to find out the email doesn't exist. This is just a warning to future customers to b aware of the service you get from Absa insurance and one thing beware of call centers they can't help you they only there to listen to you and will report to Absa and nothing will happen.
Firstly the service was perthitic waited for more than 30 min for service to get seated than a couple of minutes to get service for drinks where I ask the manager is the the service they are going to give then we can walk away which he replied no. Their where not many people as it was still early in evening ordering a platter for 2.This is where the fun started with in a couple of minutes we got our food before our drinks bearing in mind talking to the manager though whoa this is service but then the fun started nothing in the platter you could eat as all tasted like rubber telling my wife this was send back by previously customer and we now the fools to eat it long story short ask for bill and take away and left. At home the dogs didn't even eat the platter. Though by my self this owner last visit this restaurant before covid with this bull **** going on I don't think he has any idea what's going on just to make money.
I am a customer of Vodacom for several years. My latest experience with the Vodacom was very disappointing. My daughter was due for upgrade and we opted to take an upgrade from East Rand mall as we enquired about what package where available the staff when into the computer with the words that I am in arrears with my account which I query but show on the system no payment was received leaving the store I phoned Vodacom and ask what is wrong as I got prove that I paid, the long and the short it come that the didn't update the payment. How is it possible that a big company takes days to update their system and then they transfer me to some account lady and was shocked what she explained. Vodacom you thing you this big company and untouchable ask Dischem what happened when South Africa closes the purse the future is still there greetings
Just to share my experience with Lancet got a phone call from a very rude person telling I am in arrears with my account, that the medical didn't paid she ask me some questions the security questions was all about my details they have and never contacted me phone or email stated that I am in arrears with my account. Today I received a call and said I must pay before some date to prevent further action I think it will only be fair to contact earlier or send email with all details so that one can pay or make a arrangement instead of to threatening someone. I hope sincerely that doctors start boycotting these type of laboratory. Next time I will ask for another laboratory.
I don't even know where to start. SO SO fed up with ABSA bank. There are always issues with them ever since the first time I laid a made use of them. Some one out there that maybe got a idea how to bankruptcies or to close down Absa bank looking forward for some ideas. I tried to FICA my business account since Saturday where I did musical chairs for 2 hours, when I ask the lady in charge how come only two ladies at the till, I was told that they work on skeleton staff I thought Saturday was a normal working day for the bank as many only can do banking business on Saturdays like myself so I left as I think only two or three customers where served in the two hours. Today I went back stood for 1 hour before I was served with the news they can't FIKA business account I need to speak to my banker which in the 40 years never heard or saw my banker they gave me a phone number that is directed to voicemail saying the message box is full. I hope that I am not part of his salary. So for the next two days won't be able to use my card as I must travel to East rand mall to meet my Banker. So to the people out their give Absa Bank a skip not worth it.
Hi send about 30 email to Hollard for a broker to contact me in connection of a policy with Hollard it is now six months later still nothing. Somebody out their that can put me on to some one which I can contact, seems I got the bad luck with all these business that have problems or don't respond
HI I think I must share with fellow customers I bought some timber at Leroy yesterday and ask for delivery which I paid for as I went out I saw one of Leroy personal talking to a driver as I went up and ask for the timber to be straight as I am busy with ceiling. this where the fun started when arriving to deliver the driver insist that I pay R450 which I never ask or dealt which I told him that I already paid for deliver story short had to go to Leroy Greenstone I saw a lot of personnel standing around then I got one to serve me, when back I ask for the manager to explain this matter of transporting he explain that Leroy also delivers but not the same day and accused me that I ask one of the guys standing outside with their bakkie waiting to deliver at that moment I ask the store manager to intervene as the manager of the building supplies started to lie and when they start talking in their languages so that nobody under stand, then you know they are laying The heartsore of the whole story this must happened previously as they all back each other the same with the store manager when the story was told he agreed and when we where at the building hardware he changed his story. Out the whole story was the lies by management and the language so nobody understand thanks Leroy I know the other side of you wont see me again lies and lies will bring you know where.
