Such amazing people! Thank you so much for your service. From the moment you walk in they attend to you and they are SO patient. They explain everything to you and you can ask as many questions as you want. 😁 I'm definitely going to be a regular visitor and I'll recommend others too.

I've had an issue for several months where my hand brake light on my Renault Kwid would stay on despite having replaced my brake pads. I took the vehicle to Renault in Boksburg for diagnostics where I was quoted R16000 as they told me that to resolve the issue the brake booster and brake master cylinder would need to be replaced. I went to Graaff Brakes in Boksburg for a second opinion and it turned out to be a hand brake switch connection issue which cost me R450 to fix. I would choose R450 over R16000 any day. My car now has no brake issues with the brake booster and brake master cylinder working fine. Thank you so much to Graaff Brakes in Boksburg for the skill and experience in resolving my issue as well as being all-round good guys and making me feel like resolving the issue was more important than it costing me an arm and a leg. Thanks again guys.

Took my Hilux for rear brake adjustment. Graaff skimmed the drums and relined the shoes. Waited two hours. Paid them R1910.00. On my way home used the handbrake on an incline, brakes won't hold the vehicle. Took it back the next day. After SIX hours drove home, at my arrival noticed, and smelled, the left rear wheel smoking. I WILL NEVER USE GRAAFF BRAKES, GEORGE AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

Worst service ever at the alberton branch. They have no idea what they are doing. Vehicle left their branch in very bad shape with one front wheel hub completely loose and most of the nuts from my front suspension missing. Wheel nust also missing and the threads were all damagaed on wheel studs therefore putting my life and families life at risk. Absolutely unacceptable work done by them.

Super professional service received from the Graaff Brakes Montana branch. With a challenging handbrake malfunction—the sliding pins on the calipers being worn out—I was still sent home with a solution worth 10 stars on HelloPeter. I would definitely recommend Graaff Brakes in Montana for my friends and family in the future and will definitely consider their service in the future

I own a trailer rental in George. I took my double axel trailer to Graaf Brakes for repairs costing me R17911. This was to replace 1 axel and replace the bearings on the other axel. They also refurbished the braking system. The 1st trip this trailer made (Got proof) the breaking system failed due to the brake rod coming loose and getting damaged. Also leaving my client without brakes . Explained to them (Graaf Brakes) what happened. They asked me to bring the trailer in for them to repair. They did the repair and send me a invoice for the work. I called them to protest as i just paid them to refurbish the trailer just to have it break on its ****en trip after the overhaul. They insisted that i pay for the repair as they don't make mistakes and thus give no guarantees on their repairs. I then asked if we can meet each other in the middle - i pay the materials and they drop the labour - to which they telephonically agreed, Only to receive a new invoice with a note saying they opted for a little discount instead, going back on their word. 5 Trips after this repair i had to call on Hazq Brakes to fix this trailer due to the brake on the one wheel (New axel) not releasing properly. after inspection it was found that some components was not installed correctly. This made take my other trailer (also serviced by Graaf brakes) for a check at Hazq Brakes and found another wheel with braking components installed incorrectly. To some up: If you want peace of mind and a guarantee that your brakes are fixed or installed properly... this is not the place to go. If you are looking for great service with a compony who's word you can trust....this is also not the place to go PS. One star because Hellopeter wont let me select 0
