After joining with a consultant, they never respond to your emails when you try reach out with questions. I sent an email 3 January and up to this day 2 months later no response. I dealt specifically with a direct sales consultant named Valencia Ramohashi.
Such amazing people! Thank you so much for your service. From the moment you walk in they attend to you and they are SO patient. They explain everything to you and you can ask as many questions as you want. 😁 I'm definitely going to be a regular visitor and I'll recommend others too.
I have sent so many requests asking to be called but no one gets back to me I also joined and never received my documents on email countless times after calling 1st for woman.
When your still joining they assist and call many times and send you loads of emails. I asked for assistance with things I wasn't clear on bestmed and I never received a response from VALENCIA RAMOHASHI who was the one who called daily and emailed daily before I joined but after I joined, she never bothered to ever assist me again even after reaching out. VALENCIA RAMOHASHI, please learn good customer service.
I got a call from Maggs Madlala (Sales Manager) from a review I wrote about GWM HAVAL MOBENI that they were not transparent about their quote when applying for car finance (done by Larsivan) and would not send me any documents and told me the bank would call me and later was told I'd be financed by Marsique Finance. Maggs Madlala the Sales Manager called Larsivan "a snake" and told me they were not transparent because they wanted to sell me and add things I did not ask for. He then told me he could beat the deal the other dealership gave me if I told him how much it was. I told him I dropped GWM HAVAL MOBENI and went to another dealership because they were not transparent. Not trustworthy! Hd did apologize for them not being transparent.
ONICE ZUMA the very best. She listens and got me assistance as soon as possible. She made sure to call me back when I ran out of airtime. She even apologized that my email was responded to very late. She is a super star!!! ✨
I am already insured with King Price at a specific premium for over 3 months now. Today I joined with a 2nd vehicle and they INCREASED my premium on my first car!!! WHY would you increase my first premium for my first car when I had just joined for my 2nd car?
After leaving my vehicle to be fixed on the bonnet, they fixed the wrong part on my car. After this I received no help on how to rectify the mistake they had made instead I received calls day in and day out asking me what I had said to the insurance (First for Women) since the insurance (First for Women) was threatening to no longer work with A & L Auto body in Vryheid. I specifically told First for women that I'd be fixing only the bonnet, I am unsure if they gave the correct quote or sent wrong quote to the dealer. I specifically spoke to Thenjiwe Zwane and Nomhle Lelia who didn't get back to me to come up with a solution.

I refered a friend to King Price and she joined and paid her first instalment with the insurance. I was told I'd get a friends premium back after 30 days of joining and successful deduction. When I received a call to enquire I was told I'd only get a premium AFTER 4 months of her deduction. How is this possible? Worst service.
