I'm so very disappointed , what a bad experience from prestige Mobeni and used cars manager theesan. I app**** for a car and it was approved . Then the sales person calls me and says the cars sold (omw). I going in the same day after wrk to find out what's going on that manager tells me first come first serve . I made a performance about that but he said he had the same car available jus that it's blue , so I calm down and went to see it . I ended up checking it battery was dead (he said we will put a new 1. I checked the tyres it weren't good he said he will sort it out , and small scratches he said he will sort out. I said ok and we sign for the car .it's been 2 weeks and I still don't have the car and ntn has been done. So I asked but everything sales person said 125 service and cor was done just waiting for the battery. So I said ok what about the tyres car the sales person told me that the 125 service they said it needs new tyres. The manager theesan say cor said everythings ok it don't need new tyres. I'm confused and Im trying to ask why did he say to me he will sort the tyres out before I signed and when I sign for it he says it don't need. I'm so ****ed off with this dealership. I actual want to cancel this car because of this poor service

These individuals will lie through their teeth to sell the consumer a vehicle and then *****ulently not commit. I would not do business with these individuals if I had a second chance. In experienced sales staff and a lying dealer principle ,who uses the line (I'm a man of my word )

I traded in my Chery Tiggo 7 for 2 cars - 1 x new, 1 x "demo". Whilst deal was being processed the Sales Manager Maggs called literally daily - I gave them my budget (which was slightly exceeded) however I excepted. I am livid with the terrible after sale service. I have taken delivery of both cars....the "demo" had to be parked as insurance wouldn't cove it without a disk. After delivery no communication/update or feedback. I went to the dealership & all I got was pathetic "sorry ma;am"....i was promised by MAGGS that there will be no debits in February but that was a lie. I called to speak to finance manager & he tells me he doesn't know how long the process will take for MAGGS to sort out my issue. I called back again but to no avail to escalate my issue. The finance manager said the installment debited would be refunded but......i feel i can return the cars & take my car back & just cancel.

I got a call from Maggs Madlala (Sales Manager) from a review I wrote about GWM HAVAL MOBENI that they were not transparent about their quote when applying for car finance (done by Larsivan) and would not send me any documents and told me the bank would call me and later was told I'd be financed by Marsique Finance. Maggs Madlala the Sales Manager called Larsivan "a snake" and told me they were not transparent because they wanted to sell me and add things I did not ask for. He then told me he could beat the deal the other dealership gave me if I told him how much it was. I told him I dropped GWM HAVAL MOBENI and went to another dealership because they were not transparent. Not trustworthy! Hd did apologize for them not being transparent.

I purchased a new Jetour on 13 December 2025 and traded in my 2023 Nissan Magnite. To date the dealership has not settled my trade in with the bank. I am still being debited by my bank for a vehicle I no-longer have in my possession. I have tried numerously to contact the finance department on numerous occasions, but they just ignore without any response. This is breach of contract as the deal was not upheld from the dealerships side. This was supposed to be an exciting experience for me and my family, but this experience has turned into financial stress as I cannot afford to pay for 2 vehicles.

All i wanted to do was buy a used car and they just loaded the deal. Added Tracker, and some R9500 admin fee as well as some warranty from non reputable company. And they would not provide quotes or reasons as to why they charing me for things. Dissapointed is an understatement.

I traded in my vehicle and purchased a brand-new vehicle from Kia Mobeni in August. To date, the dealership has still not settled the finance on the vehicle I traded in, despite me notifying them in September when I was debited for both the old vehicle and the new one. After several days, I was refunded the instalment for the traded-in vehicle only for the same issue to happen again in October, where I was once again debited for both vehicles. My bank has been contacting me repeatedly for the settlement letter, only for me to discover that the dealership never settled the account at all, almost three months later. I am still waiting for my refund almost a week later. This ongoing negligence has negatively affected my credit score and caused unnecessary financial stress. Kia Mobeni has proven to be the most unprofessional and disappointing dealership I have ever dealt with.
