I posted a complaint on my VAF account credit/advance. There was to & fro of emails however issue was finally resolved & I am pleased to say I am happy with the outcome of my complaint. THANK YOU.
I have been paying extra on my VAF account & the result has been a credit of R2743. I bought a new car & was financed by ABSA again (THANKYOU). Issue however whilst the deal was in progress I asked for the funds to be credited to my account. It has been almost a month ago when I sent an email....NO RESPONSE but i see my previous vehicle is settled but I dont see what happened to my credit amount.
I traded in my Chery Tiggo 7 for 2 cars - 1 x new, 1 x "demo". Whilst deal was being processed the Sales Manager Maggs called literally daily - I gave them my budget (which was slightly exceeded) however I excepted. I am livid with the terrible after sale service. I have taken delivery of both cars....the "demo" had to be parked as insurance wouldn't cove it without a disk. After delivery no communication/update or feedback. I went to the dealership & all I got was pathetic "sorry ma;am"....i was promised by MAGGS that there will be no debits in February but that was a lie. I called to speak to finance manager & he tells me he doesn't know how long the process will take for MAGGS to sort out my issue. I called back again but to no avail to escalate my issue. The finance manager said the installment debited would be refunded but......i feel i can return the cars & take my car back & just cancel.
I was at the Food *****s & spent over R1200. There was a special one the Sweet Potatoes - R39,99 for 3kg.There were only 2kg bags & I took it. At the till I queried why is a 2kg bag same price as a 3kg- well did I get shock. The tall "supervisor" lady was called & she looked at me shrugged her shoulders made a sound and said well thats the price & maybe the 3kg is sold out. I insisted that it makes no sense to pay R39,99 for a 2kg &a 3kg???She went to check & didn't return to till. I paid & left (did not buy the sweet potatoes). So disappointing 😞 and totally UNACCEPTABLE.....daylight *******.
I had an appointment for 2:30 bit went early as we had to travel. The lady at the door greeted nicely and asked some questions and let me in. I waited a few minutes and was assisted. Nokwazi was really helpful and very patient. A really pleasant experience overall plus my issue was resolved.
My family and I bought the double large pizza on Sunday. Something meaty & Sweet chilli chicken. What a disappointment- the something meaty had mustard sauce and what seems to have been Viennas or polony cut up.No ham, pepperoni, bacon or ground beef - yes its halal then why not add all the ingredients which is halal- plus the mustard instead of BBQ sauce. We couldn't return the pizza as we were enroute to DBN....we paid the price for a Mercedez but got a a Mr Bean car. Really really disappointed 😞
We were at the Malvern DBN branch drive through. Gave our order & went pay. When I received my receipt I noticed it was incorrect. R397 was our order but was given a slip for R281(which i paid) the lady came to "correct" it however he demeanor was absolutely disgusting. She then told me I would have to pay the diff if R281 and my initial order which was supposed to be R116 - i was charged R138 which means I paid R420 for my order.I called to let the manager know I was not happy and she had a terrible attitude. The chick tenders omw what a disappointment!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A MCDONALDS!!!
My family & I had went to the Westemead branch on a Sunday & we had an incident which left a bad taste in our mouth. The waiter however was really great. We paid our bill in full & tipped the waiter, but I made sure to voice my dissatisfaction to the on -duty manager. A manager called me & apologized & asked us to please come again. I went back this past Sunday & wow did we have an awesome time - the food, drinks & service was totally off the charts...THANK YOU Sne & team we appreciated the great service!!
I called to add a family member to my policy & Koketso assisted me. OMW how pleasant. He was absolutely helpful and very informative.
I have never used Uber but I have been getting Uber de it's if R50 since November24/Dec24 and again today. How is possible that this transaction is authorised when I'm sitting at my desk working
