All i wanted to do was buy a used car and they just loaded the deal. Added Tracker, and some R9500 admin fee as well as some warranty from non reputable company. And they would not provide quotes or reasons as to why they charing me for things. Dissapointed is an understatement.
Over the past 5 years i have bought a number of Phillips products and all broken in a similar fashion. I took the product into Phitech in Pinetown as requested by the Phillis care SA and the cost to repair was ludicrus. Both my Steamstation and Coffee machine need me to replace the power board/ bank at a cost of R1500. This is half the cost of the Iron !!! I am seriously unimpressed as what do i do with the products now ?? They both still switch on and work, less the powerbank? I feel its such a waste as both products can be easily fixed but at a ridiclous cost. Why are you forcing me to have a bad attitude towards a prodcut due to poor service. Do you have a place that i can sell my prodcuts to or take to a Phillips product graveyard?
