I visited your restaurant on Sunday(14/02/21) with my family for the first time. However I'm extremely disappointed at the service we received.
Besides waiting for a very long time to be seated, we weren't greeted nor were we welcomed at your restaurant. Many customers that were both in the line and seated were complaining about the service. After waiting about an hour we literally had to seat ourselves, go fetch our own menus, go to the till point to find a waitress to clean our table and we also had to go back to the till point to actually place an order. However I must applaud Thembi for trying her best to assist us, even though management should have gotten more staff to help out. At one point I even saw a waitress crying, but I can only imagine the stress they must have been under.
Considering it was a special occasion and many people visited your restaurant you should have been honored that people chose *Julios on the bay* but instead we were treated as if we were doing you a favor.
There was NO manager, the restaurant was understaffed. At one point the gentleman who was doing repairs assisted some customers. I even at one point saw the chef come out and clean tables.
Besides the terrible service, your restaurant lacked any sort of covid protocol, the floors were extremely dirty and it did not look presentable at all.
I'm extremely disappointed at the overall experience upon my first visit.
