Never been at the new shop at Thaba since they moved from Mall of the South so my hubby took me their today. The shop is beautiful but the service was not good at all. We saw our waitress, Primrose only when she took our order, thereafter she was chatting to another waitress most of the time. When we received our food she did not come and ask if the food was right. I ordered the eggs benedict which was really good, my hubby on the other hand ordered the classic croissant with bacon and eggs which was a real disappointment. The croissant did not look right on the inside as if it was raw. He tasted it and said it does not taste right either so he ended up eating only the bacon and eggs, definitely not value for money at R81-00. None of the waiters came to ask if everything was ok even though my hubby left the croissant in his plate. No one even came to ask if we wanted another drink or something else to eat. We asked another waiter Musi for the bill, as we did not see our waitress, he brought the bill and left, he did not return with the speed point for us to pay. We waited a few minutes and then stood up so that they could see we wanted to leave, Musi then came with the speed point and we paid. I told him that my food was good but my husband's food was not good at all and the service is very bad, he just rep**** with a "sorry for that".
