They DO NOT even deserve a 1 star rating. Incorrect information captured on an account. E-mails was sent with supporting docs and a Laura De Carvalho has been sending me e-mails, but the responses seems to be automated....Is Laura a Bot or an actual human as I do not get answers / assistance but one line responses. I have asked that she call me or give me Management's contact number to speak to someone who actually wants to assist, once again received an autometed response that says nothing. I have tried to call Experian but they do not answer even after holding on for 22 minutes. I need Experian to rectify this URGENTLY!!!!
They do not even deserve the 1 star but it would not allow me to add comment without choosing a star. I have been scheduled for 4 DAYS for licence to be delivered. No delivery still. When you phone them they say they will phone you back but never does. PLEASE STOP using this company.
You do NOT even deserve 1 star. I received my order from Temu today 26 December 2025. The packaging was damaged and closed with tape. I took photos of it and when I asked the driver why the package was open, he said that is how he received it. When I opened the package 1 of my items was missing. The GFS Driver also took a photo of me and when I questioned him he said that is his proof that he delivered the item. I told him to delete it as I did not consent to this. He was not happy and I told him a second time to delete it. I tried several times to contact them on the telephone nr. on the internet but guess what you NEVER get through to them. You then need to send a whats app and you receive irrelevant automated whats app responses. Will NOT recommend this company. TEMU SHOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
I DID NOT EVEN WANT TO GIVE YOU A 1 STAR. Purchased and paid for order on 24 July 2025. I checked before the time how long delivery will take. It said JHB & PTA between 1-3 days. Then after I paid all of a sudden delivery is between 5-7 days. Leroy Merlin can you please STOP using this delivery company. Internet Express received my goods on 31 July 2025 to be delivered between 4-6 August 2025 according to an e-mail received. When I followed up today I was told that they do not have a vehicle available to deliver my goods today (06/08/2025), they will however try and do the delivery tomorrow....really. Also please change your name, it is definitely not EXPRESS delivery. UTTERLY DISSAPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST.
Never been at the new shop at Thaba since they moved from Mall of the South so my hubby took me their today. The shop is beautiful but the service was not good at all. We saw our waitress, Primrose only when she took our order, thereafter she was chatting to another waitress most of the time. When we received our food she did not come and ask if the food was right. I ordered the eggs benedict which was really good, my hubby on the other hand ordered the classic croissant with bacon and eggs which was a real disappointment. The croissant did not look right on the inside as if it was raw. He tasted it and said it does not taste right either so he ended up eating only the bacon and eggs, definitely not value for money at R81-00. None of the waiters came to ask if everything was ok even though my hubby left the croissant in his plate. No one even came to ask if we wanted another drink or something else to eat. We asked another waiter Musi for the bill, as we did not see our waitress, he brought the bill and left, he did not return with the speed point for us to pay. We waited a few minutes and then stood up so that they could see we wanted to leave, Musi then came with the speed point and we paid. I told him that my food was good but my husband's food was not good at all and the service is very bad, he just rep**** with a "sorry for that".
Beautiful Venue, Friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious. Thank you Milan Venue for the unexpected complimentary photos which we received, they are absolutely stunning!!!! Will definitely recommend Milan Venue.
I have asked these people to REMOVE MY TEL NR as I DO NOT have ANY DEALINGS / ACCOUNTS with them. They phone me at least 3 x times everyday and when I answer the call drops. After phoning them about 30 times already they assured me that my tel nr was removed from their system......well clearly it was NOT!!!! I am now telling you to REMOVE MY NUMBER AND DO NOT PHONE ME EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dear Public, DO NOT EVER EVER EVER use VOX for anything. I had to click on 1 star to be able to add this review, but they do not even deserve this 1 star. We have been having extremely low speed 1 and sometimes 2 if we are lucky. I canceled my service with them on 7 August 2023, phoned them on 8 August 2023 and spoke to a person by the name of Mart, sent an e-mail to her 3 x times on the same day. I followed up daily. On 15 August they confirmed they received the cancelation. They told me that I needed to give a calendar month's notice which I had no problem with, but then I should be receiving service from them. On 24 August 2023, I tried to phone VOX (Mart) twice again and was then told (by Warren & Catherine) that Mart are still not available but then when I gave my ID. NR: I was informed by Phillip that VOX's technical department and more specific Kinilwe tried to get hold of me and they also sent me an sms apparently according to the note on your system; this is ALL LIES NO ONE TRIED TO CALL ME AND I ALSO DID NOT RECEIVE AN SMS FROM VOX. I requested to speak to the Kinilwe but was told by Daniel that he would send her a message/ticket to phone me. I also requested a manager either Angelo or Graham to phone me. When Kenilwe phoned me I asked why she put **** notes on the system as no one from VOX phoned/tried to phone me, she said she tried to phone me the previous day and when I told her that there were no missed calls from them, she said that there must have been a problem with the system???? I also asked Kenilwe when she sent the so-called sms, and she said she did not send it but usually, the system does??? VOX sent Telkom to my house on Monday 21 August 2023 and they gave VOX a report and informed them that my rooter was malfunctioning, by 24 August 2023 I had not had ANY response from VOX and I phoned them again and I sent another e-mail. On 27 August 2023 VOX sent a gentleman to my house by the name of Shekie to replace the rooter with an old used rooter. He once again tested the speed and got 1.30 He then said I should try to use another rooter till my cancelation period is up?????? really so VOX charges me for monthly data which I can not use properly due to speed and they charge me rental for a rooter which also seems to be a problem, but hey no problem as long as you pay the client must be happy with NO SERVICE?????? I phoned them again this morning 28 August 2023 and wanted to speak to the Accounts manager, I was told by Angel that the person's name is James Smith, then when I asked to speak to him I was transferred and a gentleman by the name of Retian told me, the Accounts manager was actually Robyn de Keijzer. He transferred me to speak to Robyn, Tumi Mthega answered and said that Robyn de Keijzer is no longer with VOX....now I am asking what CIRCUS are we dealing with. I asked Tumi about 4 x times who is the Accounts Manager, but she did not want to give me the Name and just said I should follow the escalation process??? I am now waiting for Vinky Ntabele to phone me....
I ordered and paid R835 for a cake that I ordered online on 09/03/2023 for my mom's 70th birthday. The cake collection date was 17/03/2023. On the outside, the cake looked beautiful. When it was time to cut the cake I found that the cake was very very dry and hardly anyone ate the cake. More than half of the cake was not eaten. The people who did eat from it had to eat it with tea/coffee, it was that dry. This was supposed to be a special day for my mom and you could not even get the cake right. It seemed as if the cake was baked a few days before, frozen, or kept in the fridge until the day I had to collect it and then they just iced/decorated the cake. I was NOT happy at all. I contacted Oh My Cake and spoke to Alex. I told him what had happened. He said that they would send someone to collect it. Then AFTER HE SAID THAT THEY WOULD COLLECT IT all of a sudden the terms and conditions were thrown back at me saying that if there is a problem with the cake the customer has to bring it back to the shop. I stay 40km from the shop and I explained this to them. I did everything I had to from my side when I placed the order: I ordered the cake online I paid for the cake immediately I collected it on the collection date and now they still want me to take the mess they made back to the shop. Alex then told me to take photos of the cake and the bottom of the cake board. The date on the cake board with the other writing was 14/03/2023, which confirmed my suspicion. I told him that the cake was already 3 days old when I collected it, and he said he could not confirm/deny anything. He then came back and said that I was right, that the cake was made on the 14th and only iced on the day I had to collect it. He confirmed on Wednesday 22/03/2023 that I would get a full refund and he also said that refunds are only processed on Mondays. Monday 27/03/2023 no refund was received. I phoned the store and spoke to Josephine (as Alex was apparently on leave) who established that Alex did not complete some spreadsheet and that was why the refund was not processed. Josephine said she would follow up with accounts for a refund to be done the same day. Still no refund. On Tuesday 28/03/2023 I again followed up; by close of business still no refund. I phoned them again today Wednesday 29/03/2023 and Josephine said she will follow up with accounts. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. They are not prepared to give you the contact number for the Owner / Co-Owner Camilla Hyson, so now I am hoping that she will see this complaint and do something about it. I WILL NEVER ORDER A CAKE FROM THEM AGAIN!!
Cellphone under warranty,would not charge. Took phone to Alberton Vodacom Repair Centre -Job Nr. 10998212. On 13/08/15, said they will not repair phone as phone is not charging due to physical damage. Phone in a very good condition. Phoned them on 13/08/15, Jossi & Mariska, unable to assist. Shaun Gibbons the manager not available. Left message. Phone Shaun again. He said that they will not be repairing as unit which needs to be repaired only has a 1year warranty and not a 2year warranty like rest ofparts. Shaun said he would get Technician to open phone again so he could check what problem was. Shaun phoned, said he has now seen that unit is actually loose inside phone & description which workshop wrote that it was physical damage & that unit has moved to motherboard, not correct. He said unit not repairable as it is attached to phone.They would normally replace phone, but blackberry decided that the specific unit no longer covered for 2years, only 1year, they cannot replace phone. Unacceptable,I refuse to accept that they WILL NOT replace my phone. Best of all! We have to pay R65 assessment fee.
