I booked book the Apm bus from Cape Town to Queenstown on the 07/96/2024 using Just Go. The booking was for 4 passengers and I paid R2900 in total.

The bus never arrive, no alternative transport arranged. No refunds..Just being sent back and forth with no resolution. Imagine having to deal with the steess of loosing a loved one, having to make financial funeral arrangements and be ****med on top of it. Will never use your services, ever again.
