Never have I been soo much dissapointment with a company's customer service. I placed an order and the money was taken off of my account but the order cancelled due to "non payment". For a full 4days I have emailed, sent a msg through the chat service, their phone line is forever "experiencing high call volumes" and cutting off calls.In this 4 days no one has actually gotten back to me. I have emailed them before when struggling to make payments and the response was almost immediate. And this is money, my hard earned money that we are talking about. But I guess they don't care much for their customers
I booked book the Apm bus from Cape Town to Queenstown on the 07/96/2024 using Just Go. The booking was for 4 passengers and I paid R2900 in total. The bus never arrived, no alternative transport arranged. No refunds only a promise of a voucher and just being sent back and forth with no resolution. How you refund with a non existing voucher for something that's your fault to begin with is beyond me. Imagine having to deal with the steess of loosing a loved one, having to make financial funeral arrangements and be ****med on top of it. Will never use your services, ever again.

FNB blocked my business account,went to inquire in the branch,instead of helping me. I was given a number and email addresses to contact, and that was on Tuesday. 4days later I still have no answers and it's frustrating because I have bills to pay. Considering how high their banking charged are, you'd think they would provide good customer service but no that's not something they care about. I will definely be moving my business elsewhere.
I recently ordered an item that did not fit the description. Their response was amazing,I was able to return the item husle free..no questions asked. And I recieved a full refund. Their constant updates and general customer service is amaizing.
For a company that promises to deliver within 3 days, it's sure been a long wait. The parcel was dropped off on the 22nd of December. I have made numerous phone calls where I was transferred from one department to the next until my call is cut off. According to their tracking system there was an attempted delivery, and this is a business establishment (garage to be exact) So no ways someone would miss it... I contacted them again, and they promised to deliver the following day which was on Wednesday the 30thm but guess what? still no parcel.
