I booked book the Apm bus from Cape Town to Queenstown on the 07/96/2024 using Just Go. The booking was for 4 passengers and I paid R2900 in total. The bus never arrive, no alternative transport arranged. No refunds..Just being sent back and forth with no resolution. Imagine having to deal with the steess of loosing a loved one, having to make financial funeral arrangements and be ****med on top of it. Will never use your services, ever again.

Just Go service affiliates.
They have great deals on bus tickets. I was disappointed that a service I picked was not up to standard. Why affiliate yourself with bus services that have one star ratings. It's just better to buy a ticket from bus services that are worth every cent.

Just go travel ,the modern day scammer
Just go is a scam the are selling tickets of the bus company munhenzva which doesn't accept JUST GO bookings.so when you get to the bus company you will be turned back and the next thing when you call JUST GO you will then know you're scammed because to get that money I'd mission impossible. They will promise to call you in 5 minutes which will never happen

Good day I bought a ticket online through just go bus booking tickets on 21 December 2021 that amount to R1456 till I have been waiting for my refund nothing has been done, I would like to get it ASAP as it's been too long waiting for it. Booking reference JG0081499

Transport scam
I booked bus tickets through Just go for 3 passengers on the 3rd October from Ngcobo to Johannesburg at 15:00. 10 minutes before pick up I called and was given a number for tracking which was answered by a guy who just told me he will call back as he can't hear me. He never called back so kept calling but no body answered even on the landlines. The bus never arrived and when i text Just Go I was told the passengers must go to Queenstown which is 2 hours away as they cannot pick up in Ngcobo due to taxi issues, I told them this was not the arrangement and I don't have money for that. Now they don't want to refund me my money even though the bus never arrived at the Pick up point they gave me as they claim they tried to call which they didn't. This was the worst experience ever,having to run around organizing alternative transport Just go just kept on referring me to Delta even though I bought tickets with them
