I booked bus tickets through Just go for 3 passengers on the 3rd October from Ngcobo to Johannesburg at 15:00. 10 minutes before pick up I called and was given a number for tracking which was answered by a guy who just told me he will call back as he can't hear me. He never called back so kept calling but no body answered even on the landlines. The bus never arrived and when i text Just Go I was told the passengers must go to Queenstown which is 2 hours away as they cannot pick up in Ngcobo due to taxi issues, I told them this was not the arrangement and I don't have money for that. Now they don't want to refund me my money even though the bus never arrived at the Pick up point they gave me as they claim they tried to call which they didn't. This was the worst experience ever,having to run around organizing alternative transport Just go just kept on referring me to Delta even though I bought tickets with them
