BROKEN AIRCON - NO ACTION BEING TAKEN

Over 3 weeks ago I sent an email to Planet Fitness regarding the broken aircon in the gym leading to light headedness and an unpleasant environment in the gym. Only days later did I get a response to say it was being dealt with and as I say 3 weeks later no working aircon. I can see why they charge so little. They compromise on things like FANS or aircons in a gym!
