I ordered SCHOOL SHOES online on the 5th of January, unfortunately I had to process a return on the one pair of school shoes. It is now the 11th of FEB and I have yet to get my money or my new pair of school shoes. TERRIBLE SLOW SERVICE
I have tried on 3 separate occasions to get my online order exchanged. You are promised within 1-2 days you will get responses/contact but nothing. I've never received such terrible service from such a large consortium. I've had Shein orders exchanged and refunded in a quicker time frame than this.
I am extremely disappointed in my order received recently. The sizes were not accurate, labels are cut off so you cant verify. The quality of the clothes were not good at all. Overall a VERY TERRIBLE experience. They also left the security tag on one of the items.
Euwwww ordered a chicken salad and here's the facts. 4 small chunks of chicken. DROWNED in sauce so the lettuce was limp and soggy. And such a small salad. Really not worth it.
I recently had a 3rd party claim and Outsurance was FANTASTIC. Very clear on their instructions and exceptionally helpful. Contacted me back immediately and the consultant Kuben was top class. When in a difficult situation I am glad I am with Outsurance.

FACTS AS THEY STAND: - Get send damaged goods. - Will only refund after 20 - 23 days and not as promised on their website. - Cannot speak to a human, get sent generic emails and promises.
REFUSAL TO PAY MY REFUND! 16 WORKING DAYS and Snatcher are not paying me my refund. I received an email from them saying it will take 7 - 10 working days. When people take your money and don't supply goods ISNT THAT THE SAME AS *****ING! They supp**** HALF THE ORDER and the item they did send me was DAMAGED.
I have currently been waiting for an order for 13 days total and 9 working days. I was told by someone they would give me an update within 24 hours on the one item that is out of stock and I haven't heard anything. WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TRYING SNATCHER AGAIN.
Yesterday I was 'assisted' by Marcia Morata at 17h02. And I use that loosely. Firstly instead of keeping her eye on the building queue she was having a fat chat to her friend. I had to scream excuse me 5 times before she turned to me. I walked up to the till and: - WAS NOT GREETED AT ALL. - WAS NOT ASKED FOR MY XTRA SAVINGS CARD - HAD TO WATCH WHILE SHE CHEWED GUM SO POORLY ALL YOU SAW WHAT WAS IN HER MOUTH. - SHE NEVER THANKED ME OR GREETED ME GOODBYE EITHER. On average I spend R120 000 with CHECKERS a year. Surely shes aware of where her salary comes from. Sad thing is with the customer service at your branch ****** all will get done about it. Listen checkers you are not the only ones who deliver quickly now. There is PNP, woolies dash and even Spar so I would be careful how you treat your patrons. DISGUSTING!
