<p>I have been a client of JustHost for some time and when my website got infected by malware my site was taken down. I logged a ticket and tried numerous times to get online support via chat. Eash time I would have to wait for up 30min for someone to tell me they cannot help me and put me through to another department where I would not get a reply. They wanted to charge me $250 to fix the malware problem. I deleted the affected files by myself and asked them to enable my account but then they told me the server had a problem and they would let me know when they fixed it so. All I want to do now just get off their servers butneed my email to work which still is a problem. I have not idea how a company like this can be so shocking at providing support. </p>
